Recommended Thunderbolt 3 Docks

Hey guys, I was looking online for TB3 docks for an XPS 15, and had a few questions:
1. Do docks for the Macbook pro that take up 2 ports have the same spacing to work on the XPS 15 2-in-1?
2. Anything good under $200 USD, around the $150 mark?

3. Failing to get one, are regular USB C docks worth it?
