What would you recomend

Hi there I am building a PC and am going to be using a used gtx 980ti what ryzen 5 processor would you recommend for it? I plan on gaming and light video editing.

1600 or 1600x

or 2600, 2600x, idk how much better the 2600 performs in comparison to the 1600

I'd say 2600 if the price gap is minimal, if I'm not mistaken a stock 2600 performs around the same as an OC'd 1600 in games.

No i dont think thats true, i didnt look it up tho but there should be i think a max difference of 5 fps
