I have had my loop up and running since January, and I have changed the coolant twice. The coolant I have been using is PrimoChill True Opaque white. Recently i have noticed that the coolant has become transparent-ish and I am getting really scared that a bunch of particles are building up. I am planning to change coolant when I get out for summer break with a transparent coolant without nanoparticles, but I was wondering if I would have to do anything else to ensure it doesn't get clogged. (besides a distilled water flush)

You should be taking apart your loop for cleaning and inspection to ensure nothing is building up in the blocks and jet plates. If your fluid is going clear it's very likely that the particles have settled or stuck to portions of the loop.

You should be inspecting the blocks visually and if you see anything stuck to the surfaces or fins, if there is anytthing that's a very good indicator that you must open them for cleaning.

You can probably take a look with a flashlight at the fittings, try flushing the loop and cleaning up all the parts periodically.
