Hi all,
I am fairly new here so I apologise if this has been posted in the wrong place.

I'm having issues with screen tearing in certain games (Tekken 7, Ghost Recon Wild Lands).
I feel like my hardware is up to scratch to run such games without these issues so what can I do to help with screen tearing.

Processor    AMD Ryzen 5 1600X Six-Core Processor, 3600 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)

Installed Physical Memory (RAM)    16.0 GB

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070

ASRock AB3450 Pro4

Any quick tips at all would be very appreciated!

The games are stalled on a SSD, im using a HDMI cable to a ASUS VE248HR 24in Widescreen LED Monitor

You need a new monitor with g-sync to reduce screen tearing

The only things you could do is enable V-Sync and hope for less screen tearing.

You don't necessarily need a monitor with G-Sync.  You could always get a 144Hz screen and there's a lot less.
