Is 1 Wifi Band better then 2 or 3?

Ok this might be simple to answer but on wifi routers, we now have 2 or 3 bands most of the times but would it be better if all the processing power was put to only 1 band or would that be inefficient?

It doesn't matter, the most processing power will go to the most used band.

If you have 4 devices, and 2 connect to band 1 and the other 2 to band 2, they will still use the same amount of processing power as if you had 1 band.

It would actually be faster because 1 band would be less crowded.
