Gaming/Streaming Build?

Currently I have this for my gaming PC: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/2Y3btg

Basically 5820k, 16gb ddr4 ram, 1080ti EVGA hybrid (AIO watercooled)

My question is: will I need a separate streaming PC if I want to game and stream on twitch simultaneously at 1080p 60fps?

I want a perfect experience for both myself and my viewers but I havent set anything up yet. I also want a webcam with OBS running as well. Can my rig do all of this or would a separate streaming PC be more ideal? If I were to do that I would move my 5820k to the streaming PC and get a more gaming centric unlocked gaming CPU for my gaming build. I'm ok with spending the money but only if it's necessary as I would rather spend that money on Vive Pro if I don't need an additional streaming PC, so I need some guidance here.

Current rig will be fine for doing both.

Hell even my 1600 and rx480 can handle it lol.

My h110i cooler for my 5820k is now 3yrs old. Should I look to swap that out? I always get nervous about it running out of water at some point. It hits 60°C max during long gaming sessions, I haven't pushed it with transcoding or anything before though. Does that seem normal?

It's a closed loop so it won't run out of water unless it leaks it out :P

But a 3 year old water cooler is something I'd personally change, but they have something like a 5 year warranty.

I'm thinking about switching to air cooling on it. If I'm going to game/stream though, perhaps invest in another AIO?
