(I'm not a native English speaker so excuse me for making some spelling or grammer mistakes)

Hi guys,

I'm a big fan of logitech mice and i love the wireless g703, except for the fact that some of the wheel's ridges are broken. Most of them will scroll in the right direction but some go the opposite direction. I'm not sure if this is a mouse problem or a software problem because it's pretty unpredictable. Also I had been using the G403, which is the exact same but wired, since a year before the G703 and there's still nothing wrong with it. Though I haven't tried any other mouse, not even my G403 (which I use at boarding school now). If anyone has had this problem too your help would be very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Karel

  • 3 weeks later...

This seems to be a common issue happening to G403, G603, G703 and maybe G903?

I contacted Logitech customer support and they are sending me out a new mouse, even though that it is most likely a software/ firmware issue.

The support person didn't really want to know the problem just that he was going to send me a new mouse to replace it.\

Hopefully they have a genuine fix soon as it is becoming really annoying.
