H110I not working

Hello i just built my pc last night and when powered on my h110I is not lighting up or pumping water or fans are running. System powers on boot screen comes up but gives me CPU error because the AIO is not going ive tried reconnecting everything from y splitter and sata cables aswell. Please help 

 

Mobo: asus strix z370 F gaming 

cpu: i7 8700k 

gpu: EVGA GTX 1080 x2

psu: EVGA 1000GQ 

AIO cooler: h110i

Wait, the fans and the pump aren't working? That's abnormal. Are they all connected to the same fan controller or something, because it's extremely unlikely that the pump and fans are all simultaneously dead on arrival. If they were all plugged into the same fan controller, I'd say it's most likely the thing that's dead.
