background looks pixelated

i am trying to use the mountain apple background i downloaded off the internet, it is very pixelated. how do i fix?

 

one screen is

 

720p

 

and one is 1600 x 900

As a general rule, I use 1920x1080 for all my backgrounds. Only one of my displays is actually 1080p, but it makes them all look good on my other ones.
