XW8600 Not posting

I have built a Linux server with Ubuntu on top of a XW8600 HP workstation. Dual Xeon E5430s, 16 Gigs of FB 667MHZ ram, a gt 710 graphic card, and a HP 1000 watt power supply .I have transferred it from the factory case to another one. Replace the in case cpu fan mounts with 6/32 motherboard stand offs. I transplanted the power button cable and everything else. Was working great until now. All I get is 5 beeps and a flashing red led over and over again. No video, all fans spin, all power connectors are in and I can't get anything. Is the board dead. I have taken out all the ram and reinstalled it one at a time. Remove the heat sinks and clean and reinstall those. Change graphics cards, tried it in different spots, clear the CMOS, and pulled my hair out!!!!! Is the board dead?

I know I am not helping, but I am currently going through this same sh**. 

I think my Graphics Card is dead tho. but this is one of the worst problems I've ever had, hopefully someone can help you.

Nope using the same graphic card in another rig.

From what I found it is a Pre-video Memory error.

Pressure on the CPU does have something to do with it.

Neo it has been a minute but it has to deal with the flex on the cpu brackets that touch the pressure senors I ended up having to take the tray out of the case then it worked.
