the keyboard is great, I own two and they are super nice to type on and game with. the mouse im not sure about, Id save your pennies and get one from at least a known brand

Keyboard is good, mouse is probably whatever.  But whatever is usually fine for most people.  I doubt you'll have an issue.

Ive heard great things about Red Dragon for budget peripherals I'm sure it will be fine! as for the mouse... I'm not so sure, but i think it will be ok for gaming.

Mmh, got any different gaming mice that are around the price or a bit more expensive.. I do want some rgb/color on it..

Well, I'm less than most people.. With my super low frames on CS:Go and my 2013 DELL mouse, I doubt it will be bad for me
