My Asus ultrabooks can connect to wifi,but upon loading webpages is extremely slow when it loads,and sometimes does not load at all.MY connection is 18 down and 3 up so I know it's not that.What could it be?

My Asus ultrabooks can connect to wifi,but upon loading webpages is extremely slow when it loads,and sometimes does not load at all.MY connection is 18 down and 3 up so I know it's not that.What could it be?

1. Check if it's the same with other devices 

2. Check direct line (Connect the laptop straight to the router)

3. Try different network routes/path ways in your router settings (Usually it's set on default)

4. How many people use the network

5. Certain items interfere with the wifi, have you tried using 5GHZ if supported cause 2.4ghz usually has outside sources interrupting it.

6. Back into your router settings, see if altering the type of wifi does anything better (go from n to g or vice versa )

7. Run the network troubleshooter (In windows 8 press start and type in troubleshooting)
