so im a gamer. and my favorite game is the divsion my gpu is gtx 1070 and my cpu is i5 4460s. dosent matter how low my settings while fighting i will only get around 60 fps. and my goal is to reach above 105+ fps while playing the game with meduim settings. alot of pepole told me the i7 4790k will do the job as it the best cpu i could get for my motherboard. but my motherborad dosent suuport overclocking so i was thiking just getting the normal one none k (i7 4790) so i was looking to buy and i found 2 options one that is 3.2ghz and one that is 3.6hz would i will be able to reach my goal 105+ fps dosent matter what settings with that cpu (i7 4790) and if so whats the diffrence between the 3.2ghz and the 3.6ghz one and does it make a huge diffrence

I think you're talking about the 4790 and the 4790S. The latter is a lower TDP chip, with a lower base clock.

 

The fastest one you can get is still the 4790K, even though you can't overclock it the baseclock of that one is 4 Ghz with a turbo of 4.4.

If it's consistently at 60 then odds are it's locked there, and you can remove it by going through your settings most likely (either gpu or game, both can be to blame). However if you need one of the new ones then the 3.6GHz should be slightly better, but both CPUs turbo to 4GHz so the difference will be teeny. Although if you can find a 4790k then that would probably be your best option.
