Trouble with thermal paste

I cant find isopropal alcohol anywhere in my country. Is there an other method for cleaning thermal paste off copper surfaces?

It might not be the best method.. but it also works fine to just wipe it off with a paper towel in my experience.

Do you have rubbing alcohol in the pharmacy?  Just get the highest percentage solution you can and use that.  Make sure it's dry before you do anything else after your cleaning.  Rubbing/sterilizing alcohol is isopropyl alcohol with distilled water.
