computer not turning on

hello, earlier today my PC started to not turn on. last time it was on i tried downloading GTA V but already had it insalled on my hard drive, so it was discovering the exisiting files then it crashed. file explorer crashed then i turned off the computer because it wasnt responding now it either says checking disk errors then it goes to a black screen or it just says gigabyte and the loading wheel. i tried just letting it sit on the loading to see if it would boot to windows but 3 hours later, nothing it's still on that spinning wheel. any help? thank you

CPU: intel core i7 6700k

RAM: 16GB

GPU: GTX 1050Ti

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-B250M-DS3H

Storage: 250GB SSD, WD Blue 1TB, 1TB from an iMac

are you able to use a mac to make a usb? i dont have any other windows computers.

its not giving me the option for create windows 7 or later version install disk in bootcamp

@frankyrobin69 okay, i tried reinstalling windows. it went through, tried to boot into windows. nothing. its still doing it,.
