how to get the bluetooth working in ubuntu 16.04 on my laptop "dell Inspiron 3543"?

i have tried everything, copy the BCM file to /lib/firmware/brcm/

i have attached all of the files that i tried to copy, and also the picture of the updates center that i got the drivers from.

after i reboot the laptop, and check the "dmesg | grep firmware" i got this output:

[    9.486212] bluetooth hci0: Direct firmware load for brcm/BCM.hcd failed with error -2

i even tried to install tlp and blueman and using aptitude i tried to install "firmware-atheros"
