Mic/audio splitter long cable?

Hi all, just thought I'd post and see if anyone happens to know where I can get a 4-6ft mic/audio splitter cable (female 3.5mm -> 2x male 3.5mm).

 

I've found tons these adapters that are extremely short (example), but I'm looking to replace the original cable that came with my ATH-ADG1X headset (exact example, image #4, center).

 

I'm waiting for a reply from JAM Industries (service provider for Audio-Technica Canada) to see if they have any, but I just wondered if someone here knew where to get them.

 

I realize I can buy an adapter and a simple extension cable, but if I could get the same two-in-one cable that I have already that would be ideal.

So they want $39.67 with $9.95 shipping plux tax for this cable.

 

 

Anyone know where I can get this for cheaper? Surely this must exist elsewhere
