Ensure your boot order is set to something along the lines of

1. USB Drive

2. Optical Drive

3. Hard Drive

 

Once the bootable USB gets files ready for installation it should reboot and you'll see it go back to the media creation tool again, you can take out the USB and restart. It will guide you through the Win10 install.

 

Make sure you reformat the drive during this process.
