Xbox 360 Wired controller to Android

Hello, my xbox controller just flash the green circle when plugged in, the app that is supposed to map the controller does not see it.

 

What am I doing wrong?

 

EDIT:

 

Madcatz xbox 360 wired controller and a HTC U11
