Hello everyone,

I got a new SSHD today. My HDD was dying so I got this new SSHD. Before I had the SSHD, so when I still had my HDD, I used to get ''disk write errors'' with Steam. Well of course, my HDD was dying (found out by crystaldiskinfo) so I thought it was because of that. But now with my SSHD, I get the disk write errors too. It's brand new and there is no problem with it (even checking it with crystaldisk). Also, my SSD has giving me disk write errors and it is fine aswell. So I think it's a Steam thing, but I'm actually not so sure of it.

I found a website that said you could try using ''diskpart'' and type the command '' attributes disk clear readonly '' (and list disk etc.) This could fix it, but I'm not going to try that just yet. I don't know what it does, so can somebody please explain it to me? I'd appreciate it.

Any other (possible) solutions you guys maybe have? I'd appreciate that too!

Thanks for reading and/or replying

P.S. Just did a fresh install of Windows 10!
