Hi, I have the mophie juice pack for made for the Galaxy S7 edge. I have no complaints about the case and I've had it for around 4 months. But recently I have noticed that when I start charging the phone with the case it starts to abnormally hot, like really hot. When I bought the case, I can not remember if it did get that hot when I charged it then. IDK if this is a normal thing but would just like to find out. Thx so much.

It's a Samsung... those tend to blow up :P

 

Could very well be a dying battery.

Maybe your case is a good thermal conductor?
