Can I Run fallout VR?

Can I Run Fallout VR? I'm running a Ryzen 1600 @3.9GHZ with a GTX 1070 and 8GB of ram. Fallout 4 standard runs like garbage, I was wondering if the VR version would run any better. Hoping for people with the same hardware or similar.

What's the fps on the lowest settings? VR would be harder to run since you're rendering the game twice.

It's about 21 on any settings any resolution because of how bad the optimization is

You have a problem with your PC then, both parts are easily capable of doing 60fps or more even with the old fallout 4 issues.

 

Did you do a fresh install of windows already and use the DDU to reinstall your GPU drivers?

It's not just a me problem, people running the same configuration have the same problems. I've done research on it.

* EDIT: I have wasted hours upon hours to get this♥♥♥♥♥♥game running smooth on my pc , and i think i finaly found the solution. i get 70+ fps EVERYWHERE now including diamond city and places with allot of buildings. What i did was go into my BIOS settings and change Simultaneous multithreading (SMT) to OFF. that was the fix for me now i can finaly enjoy this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ optimized game !
