Corsair Utility Engine problem

I want to open snipping tool using a macro on my K95 RGB. For some reason, when I put the directory for it in the macro location it says it can't find it however, if I put it in the file explorer it opens up snipping tool. Any ideas why this is happening and how could I fix it? I've tried running Corsair Utility Engine as an admin but no difference.
