Cpu voltage settings. And ram. *insert clickbait here*

Hello,

I am trying to lower my cpu voltage and it be stable. But I only have 2 settings. Manual and offset. And im stuck lol.

Also I cant get my ram above 1333mhz in the os. Any help?

Motherboard p7h55-m pro

Cpu xeon x3430

Ram g.skill Ripjaw rated @1866mhz
