Pc won't BOOT.

Hello. I just build this new rig using:

 

AMD Ryzen 5 2400G

 

Gigabyte AB250M-DS3H (Ryzen 2000 ready)

 

EDIT 3: Memory is G.skill aegis ddr4 3000

 

Upon  first boot, the system turn on, fans spin up, and there are no beeps. The only problem is, there is no video. Things I have tried:

 

Reseating ram

 

Moving ram to different slots

 

Changing video output

 

Unpluginning ssd. (Which has win7, which I am going update to 10 upon boot)

 

EDIT: Reset switch not working, so I think the BIOS itself is not "booting".

 

EDIT 2: cleared cmos, no luck.

Yes, the cup power connection is connected.

not an expert myself but the info might be usefull to someone else;

 

okay so you got both the 8 pin and the 24 pin connected,

does the system/fans stay on, or does it shutdown after a few seconds?

Should I get a BIOS upgrade kit from AMD And try that? I also have a 1400 lying around. I could use that.

Everything is connected.

 

The fans stay on.

I had the same problem when I first built my PC, I didn't attach the CPU cables properly, but as you said they are fine, the thing is, (I don't think so) but are there any PCI-E connectors on the MOBO itself, you brainstorming

What do you mean PCIe connectors on the mobo? If you mean slots, then yes.

I said it because the CPU integrates a GPU, so there might be an option to plug the power cable to the MOBO

Oh. No, there is no pcie connector. The iGPU is powered by the 8-pin cpu power.

Fixed:

BROUGHT it to a Ordinateurs Canada. RAM was defective.
