HDMI Signal Issue

So I have an HDMI cable snaked from my A/V rack to a TV in my living room. The HDMI is connected from an A/V to a Samsung Connect that is connected to the TV. However, there is no picture coming out on the TV. Sound is coming out of the soundbar fine, but no picture. I connected the HDMI directly into a Roku to the TV and picture and sound came on the TV, so the HDMI cable is good. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
