So after going round and round with UPS, even though I paid to insure my product but they denied my claim. So I decided to head to eBay and see how much, "For parts not working" Video cards go for. I am finding 5870's 6950's going for 150+, and I have an HD 7970 with a broken cooler. I might be able to make back some of the damages between that and the damaged ASrock Z77 motherboard...

Summer build: I7-4770K @ 4.5GHz, 4x4GB (Alternative black/red) DDR3 1600MHz, HD 7970GHz Water blocked, XSPC res/pump combo, 2 dual 120MM radiators, Corsair 350D Case, Corsair AX860I 80+ Gold PSU, custom red individually sleeved cables, red tubing w/ silver/chrome compression fittings, 480GB Crucial M500 SSD, ASrock Z87 MATX professional board, and a Corsair Vengeance K60 keyboard.

Not sure yet, gonna do some testing but we think it's just the cooler.
