IHS Physical Size Difference LGA 1155 vs 1151

Hi Everyone,

 

I had a question of curiosity and was wondering if there's a physical size difference between the LGA 1155 IHS and LGA 1151 IHS. Which one is bigger and would the larger IHS fit on the smaller CPU package? Thanks!
