Need help with OBS stream settings.

I think I have pretty good specs for my computer. I also think I have pretty good internet for streaming. But all the guides I see online for 1080p 60 fps streaming always makes my stream lag. I dont know what to use and the auto configuration wizard keeps showing me that I am dropping frames. Someone please help.

To run 1080/60fps you will need a dedicated streaming PC, just not possible on mainstream platform on the same machine. You should set your resolution to 720/60 as you will barely be able to tell the difference anyways due to the compression from Twitch encoding.

So how would I go about setting that up? I mean I streamed at 1080p 60fps with my 1 pc and I worked. But that was on my GPU. I wana stream on my cpu to make it more clear. Also i keep getting a message on obs about how i am dropping frames.
