El Gato HD 60 Pro set up troubles!

Hey guys,

I've recently built a dedicated streaming PC and have thrown an El Gato HD 60 Pro into it... I am having an issue though!

Whenever I open the Capture Software, I am prompted to 'Connect your capture device to get started.'

 

I have downloaded the El Gato drivers but the HD 60 Pro still doesn't show up in device manager; I have tried the El Gato in different PCIE slots; tried un-installing and re-installing the software on multiple occasions, all to no avail!

 

Has anyone come across this issue before?
