Windows PC Build That Supports 2 5k Thunderbolt 3 Displays

I currently have 2 LG Ultrafine 5K Displays and am looking to build a pc that can support both of them. I have found a couple AIC that support 5K outputs via thunderbolt 3 such as the Asrock AIC. I am thinking that the build would be a dual gpu, dual AIC setup. Is there a motherboard that is capable of such a configuration with two tb3 headers capable of delivering the full 40Gbs thoughput to both of the AIC. Does Windows 10 even support such a setup?

 

It is possible from what I can tell from this link to run a single 5K thunderbolt 3 monitor, but is it possible to run 2? What hardware would I need?

 

I would like to build the ultimate water cooled gaming pc and am thinking about going with a Core I-8700K (edited) (OC), dual GTS 1080 TI or Titan Xp (OC), dual thunderbolt 3 AICs (to support dual 5K setup), 32GB DDR4 Ram (OC).

Nah unless you plan to game or shit at 2x 5k, that should be fine
