Sooooo, I was traveling back home with my ps4 and I realised that my controller doesnt turn on. First thing i though was, well its out of charge so i plugged it in, the orange led lighted up and i though everything is alright but after a few hours when i unplugged it and tried again to start my ps4 it didnt. So it works with cable but it does not without. I ordered a new battery but the result is the same ??? If someone had a problem like mine please share.

that wouldn't be a battery problem most likely if you got a new one, its a wireless receiver problem most likely do you think you damaged it by like hitting the controller on the ground or something or wall you were taking it home you dropped it or damaged it ?

ive never dropped it, i used some clothes to isolate it in my bag, the controller works perfectly fine with a portable battery charger but it does not use the battery from itself

if the portable in the micro USB ? because it would probably mean the pins connecting the battery aren't working

yes i connect my portable battery with the microusb on my controller and it works

and the 2 pins for the battery on the controller itself look perfectly fine its a really strange problem that might be something with the hardware with the controller even tho i oppened it and expect it

it just doesnt want to feed from the built in battery
