I recently mounted my new computer:
8700k
strix 1080ti oc
asus maximus code X
32gb ram 3000mhz corsair vengance
corsair h150i
corsair hx750 platinium
nvme 960 1tb
 

I do not know what happens to me when I start playing any game from League of legend to overwatch (2k 144hz) (1080 60hz) (no matter the resolution and the hz) I freeze 1 second, it's like I have lag and I will slow down only 1 second and the truth is very annoying
 

I thought it could be the graphics card so I tried it on my old PC:
6700k
asus mark 1 z170 tuf
8gb ram kingston 2133mhz
980ti xtreme gigabyte
ssd sata samsung 850 evo
corsair rmx 750 gold
corsair gtx 110h

, I put the 1080ti oc in this pc and it works perfectly does not sink, freezes or anything, so I thought it could be the motherboard, in the new computer I put the 980ti and the same, it works perfectly neither failures nor anything (about 5h of use each configuration)
 

What could be the failure of why I was frozen?

PS: AS AN ANCIENT CURIOUS FACT: my other old PC with the same configuration as the new one just that the motherboard was (asus maximus hero X) so much the same happens to me, only that I thought it could be because the pcie of this board base I literally got folded down (transport problems) logically I returned the money and I mounted it, I'm like this since Christmas T - T
