NO CONNECTION! HELP NEEDED!

Hey guys,

 

My little brother did not like Windows 8, so i installed 7, but we use powelan, but he has no connection now. It just doessn't get reconized. There is just a huge red X.

 

The powelan set is, TL-PA411 by TP-Link.

He had windows 7 before, it worked perfect, on windows 8 asewell. But its dead now!

Take the side panel off and find the motherboard model or install speccy and get me the specs
