Help building new pc

I just recently built a new computer and i have an msi z370-a pro motherboard with an intel i5- 8400 processor. my motherboard has a ez debug led and it is saying that something is wrong with the cpu and it is not starting at all.

What code is the LED showing? What else do you have plugged into the board?

The CPU might have been bumped when it was seated, take it out and check if anything was damaged
