PC Crashing

So i built my own PC. i have 32 gbs ram, 1080ti sli, i7 8700k 3.7ghz with h100i watercooling. Most games run fine but when i run ubisoft games like the Farcry 5 or Division my watercooling fans run full blast and crashes my pc between 5-15 minutes of playing. Not just the game but my pc blue screens. whats happening?

Do you crash at a certain place? Have you reinstalled the game?
