Lock Apps in multitasking

Hi, I was wondering if the is an app or something to bring the app lock to my S7 Edge so it's like the OP5T.

Once I know I can look to see if there is an app that can add that functionality.

I mean like in the image i inserted, there is a little padlock icon, once enabled when you press to close all applications from multitasking the application(s) that are locked will not be affected and will stay running in the background.
