need a ips monitor for gaming & drawing

so i need a freesync ips monitor but it needs a vesa mount. also i have a 3gb video card so not 4k & it needs to be 27 inches for the eye tracker I'm going to get.

Do you have a budget in mind? 

 

The Asus MG279Q is one of the best, but it's fairly expensive and is 144Hz.
