PC keeps restarting

While playing any-game. My pc will restart, it has no bsod or anything it just happens to restart (sometimes makes boot up noise shutdown and boots up when it had shut-down). Then my pc restarts and boot up. Although depending on the game it will take longer or shorter for this restart to occur.  I.E. PUBG takes around 20-30 minutes to restart while CS:GO takes 45-90 minutes. Maybe a psu issue?

notes: I managed to OC my pc. (my mobo is locked) I fixed it so now I play games with my locked mobo but my gpu plays at 1999mhz. Fine with having to reset clock speeds. Also have tried the power plan setting thing for the "kernel 41 issue" does not work.

Temps:

Gpu average (under load) 65 degrees celsius.

Cpu average (under load) 45-60 degrees celsius usally near 45
