finding good free benchmark software?

i need help to find good benchmark software that i really can test my 6700k cpu and my gigabyte 1070 xtreme gaming gpu and see the difference when i put them in oc mode. i find a lot of sowtware but cant figure out wich are reliable or not!

What do you want? If you want to stress thermals, then run Aida 64 and Heaven Benchmark together to really heat things up.

I really like 3DMark. On the free version, you're limited to Fire Strike and Time Spy as far as relevant benchmarks go, however they also have a demo phase in the beginning that will heat your GPU up. You can get the full version for around $5 during Steam Sales and on Kinguin/G2A, which unlocks more benchmark variations and allows you to turn off the demo.

 

Cinebench R15 is great for CPU benchmarking as well.

 

Others include the Unigine benchmarks as @Technicolors mentions. Heaven and Valley are older but still work well, Superposition is the current.

 

AIDA64 is good for stability testing your CPU, Unigine Valley and Heaven are fine for stability testing GPU.

For overall 3DMark is good one. Others are Cinebench, Unigine's and Asus RealBench.
