loading screen Windows 10 Boot Problem

So this has happened for a while but i've never gotten to fix it

but here's the issue

 

I built my computer about a couple months back and the hardware is relatively new. When it first started booting, it was super fast because my OS is installed on my SSD. Recently, whenever i've booted up my PC, it spends a lot of time in the screen with the black screen and buffering symbol. I've looked everywhere for a solution, but it seems no body has this problem. I've tried updating my drivers and changing up boot priorities already.

Hey Man, I've already tried all of these options  I already have fast boot on, and i have stuff that i don't need turned off for start up! 

As well, I'm always running my computer on high performance
