cpu speed lock everytime causes lag

i have one and only laptops for school and workin here is the specs

 

 

i dont know why, my cpu speed wont rise up even i n high load, make my laptops heavily laggin for runnin autocad and sketchup

 

 

iam tryin to google it i only found this software called throttlestop 850

i only uncheck the "BD PROCHOT"

and my cpu speed back to normal

but unfortunately my laptop wont charge during the normal cpu speed and the power and charge light indicator keep beeping on and off

 

i only asking what causes this and what i must do to bring back my laptop normal

you are most likely in power save mode (change that in power settings/control panel)

my power setting is balance

Interesting, try going into MSI Afterburner, if possible, to see the temps. It might be that, however extremely unlikely that is

i dont know how to use it but i think the temps is normal tho

Yeah, 48'C. That's ok. Go back into ThrottleStop and check Clock Modulation and Chipset Clock Modulation, it could just be that the clock is locked in the BIOS or something. This will require a restart likely.
