Hello, So

Ive made a post about this already,
I thought id try to go more into detail.
So I build my PC about 2 years ago, It has been fine for this past year an a half, And now out of no where my whole PC well crash.

There is NO error messages when it crashes, The whole computer Freezes, everything on the screen Freezes, (Still shows what i was last on). And i have to hit the restart button to restart my computer.
This happens about 2/3 times a Day.

**note** IT does not crash When im under Load, IT happens when ever, Watching youtube videos, Games, Microsoft word...etc.

Ive been told It could be a bad Windows install, ( I never re downloaded windows, Never tried)

Ive been told it could be a bad program install, SO i reset my PC to factory settings, Still freezes.

I really have no clue what the problem is.

Here Is a Gyazo GIF of my CPUID HWMonitor (Made it a gif bc things change)
**This is Right after it crashed**

If needed Ill show more.

Hey!

So, im not completely computer savvy when it comes with the whole BIOS thing, So ive been hesitant to touch any of that stuff,   You think that could be the problem?
Is there any Guides that show you how to do that kind of stuff? Dont wanna mess anything up.

EDIT: Ive seen alot of posts saying keep it on IF you're not overclocking... Im not overclocking.

Have you cleaned the PC out, checked all your cable connections, done a disk check, run system file checker and run decent (in other words not Windows Defender, McAfee or Norton) anti virus/anti malware scans?

Hey!

Thanks for the reply!

Yes I have crazy OCD so i clean my PC in and out once every 2 months,

When it comes to cable connections, I have 3 things running in a Power bar, thing, My Screen, PC and a speaker, Dont think that would be the problem?
File Checker Im running right now! Well reply when its done,
And for Virus checkers, I did have Norton (paid)

Thanks!

I was just going off a friendly Google search of your CPU :P

What kind of RAM do you have (DDR3/4) and how is it arranged?

What kind of Storage do you have (HDD/SDD/M.2/PCIe)

Specifically, what is your motherboard model?

Okay here's a general guess as to how to disable it:

You're going to need to find your way into the BIOS (appears to be holding DEL as the computer boots)

Next there's a option that reads "AMD Turbo Core Technology" in the Overclocking (OC) category:

image.png.2319f75c03cb8327f12059fc26ac17c5.pngMy assumption here is that if you turn this option from Auto to Off, you will have disabled it and you can try rebooting into Windows.

The hopeful solution is from a TomsHardware post where someone fixed the freezing by disabling this.
