Custom Build PC

Hello Guys, Can anyone suggest me a custom build PC with a good processor and enough of RAM? And by the way it would be nice if it would be under budget!

I do work like pen-testing, (a lot of ) internet surfing, and a little gaming like DOTA 2 and Splinter Cell, etc

Actually there's no budget at all but it would be nice if it would cost a little low.

gonna need a range or a set budget, which country? need os/monitor/peripherals?

Just assume that I have no budget just need a medium - end - PC thats all; India; no need for os,monitor, peripherals , etc 

I just need the CPU cabinet and all the stuff inside it like CPU ram motherboard hard disk, etc etc.

And also PSU and all other required stuff!!

Basically, the is based around the APU, you can change any of the parts to better suit your needs. The PSU is a little overkill, but should you ever feel the need of adding a GPU, it'll handle that nicely. The case isn't all that important, just make sure you like how it looks and everything fits.
What is important though is ordering a separate bracket for your cooler to be able to fit on the socket for the motherboard, you can get that on the site of the manufacturer of the cooler.

I have no idea if that suits your budget, however this is what I would class as a mid level build - The faster ram is required by Ryzen for decent gaming performance and an SSD for loading times.
