Bug with my display

So recently i updated windows 10. I booted up my game, and my main resolution is 1600x900, but i usually play on lower resolution for ex. 720p. But i could not lower the resolution. This thing hapenned on games such as Rust, GTA V, and much more games. If you know the reason why this could happen, please respond. Thank you.
