I have a visual problem with the programs

I have a 45" tv Vizio smart 4k and the new rig is all hooked up now I run civ 5 or sfm or really any work based stuff and the txt is is all small I tried to look it up but I think there's a work I don't know or am phrasing it wrong I know it's a dum thing to want I bet it's supper ez I'm just missing something

You need to turn the windows scaling to 200% or so. Then on the programs that doesnt work you go to compablity settings and change the high dpi scaling setting.

Or you could just run the display at 1080p, it also works.
