get a ryzen 1600 or i5 8400 instead, CX450/M instead of the VS and you don't need the cooler and sound card. if the MX500 is cheaper than the 850 evo then get that instead.

Sound card is not necessary. Since you are getting a locked CPU, save yourself some money and get a H270 or B250. Otherwise everything else looks fine.

Hello, cannot tell you a lot without knowledge of your budget, currency and what do u plan to use pc for.

 

But I would recommend going for 8th intel series e.g. i5-8400. Huge improvement, worth the money.
