Someone please help decide on a cooler for the 7820x. I'm planning on overclocking a couple months down the road and I heard the skylake-x processors get real hot

whats your price range because that really decides what you can get

I'm looking at around $250 max

check out the EK aluminum custom loop you get custom loop performance at a good price, linus did a video if you want more info

Is your CPU delidded?  If so, cooling is not too bad.  I cool mine @ 4.8GHz very well with a Corsair H115i running push/pull.

it's not delidded and I can't find a delidding tool for this socket

I sent mine to Silicon Lottery and had them delid it for me.
