What if I run a 3000 MHz ram with a 2400 MHz ram in different channels

Hey guyz please help me if I use a 3000mhz ram and a 2400mhz ram in different channels (not is dual channel) will it underclock the 3000 MHz ram also tell if I will be able to overclock the Rams separately

It will make all the ram run at the speed of the slowest ram in the pc.

So your 3000mhz ram will run at 2400mhz. 

If you want to overclock your ram. Both ram modules will use the same settings. 

 

Edit: It's recommended to not mix different ram modules in 1 system. If you insist on doing this; try to get modules with the same CAS latency.

no and you shouldn't mix ram kits like that you're introducing problems you'll be completely unable to troubleshoot
