HELP Audio crackling issues

Recently upon a fresh installation of win 10 on my custom built computer, audio issues have been unbearable. I have narrowed it down to being an issue regarding DPC latency on the (driver?) "storahci.sys" continuously having 32000 latency. If anyone could help me fix this issue it would be greatly appreciated, as i have been trying to fix this over a week with no success.
